as a self- hosted solution. It requires additional hardware
and software, but you still get the same version, scheduled
upgrades, and customer support as you would via ASP. |

is hosted at our third party data center in
Vienna, Virginia. This hosting center uses industry-standard
practices to ensure maximum uptime for software systems. The
center boasts redundant connections, firewall protection that
exceeds industry standards, and a robust disaster recovery strategy.
We ensure that NexusPayables and all
customer data are secure and protected. Because we understand that customers may want to host our application internally,
we have security resources available to ensure the same level
of protection as our ASP delivered system. |

Nexus Systems recognizes that mission critical software systems require robust, well-designed
security and audit protocols. All log-ins use SSL 128-bit encryption,
the most widely used encryption on the Internet today. Our software
includes standard security features such as automatic password
expirations, restriction of user functionality, automatic system
time outs, and automatic start and end dates for temporary or
seasonal employees. |
