Our Client Services Team will work with you to understand your business drivers and help you maximize the potential of our software. From the beginning, you are assigned a dedicated Account Manager who will guide you through the Implementation process. Your Account Manager will look at your business process – taking into account the whole picture – and discuss your current workflow and how your current processes could be improved. This is an excellent opportunity to review your company’s procedures, and, if needed, update business rules.
During the Configuration period, your Account Manager gathers information ranging from data and facts about the information technology that you currently have in use to who the system users will be and their corresponding roles and responsibilities. Unlike most software, our system was created to easily adapt to your business rules.

We conduct rigorous testing on all Nexus Systems software before delivering to our customers for deployment. We test for functionality, usability, speed and performance. Integration with your GL package and other configurable items are thoroughly tested with you before deployment to users in the field. |
